This 1500 square feet of shared-use kitchen space is equipped with a convection oven, 6-burner ranges with ovens, commercial mixers, walk-in cooler and freezer and plenty of prep area. The kitchen is fully compliant with all regulatory agencies including; Richland Public Health Department, Ohio Department of Agriculture, and the FDA.
Local caterers needed a bigger prep kitchen. Food trucks needed commercial coolers for their products. Bakers needed more ovens to bake more at a time. Without a commercial kitchen, they cannot bring their products to market. The Entrepreneurs’ Kitchen is an answer to this community need.
