Yoga school had opened her eyes to many different aspects of yoga, especially meditation and pranayama. Yoga and meditation became a lifestyle for her beyond just the physical practice. It became a practice that had connected body, mind and spirit and was a paradigm shift in her world.She is certified as a 200 hour RYT through Yoga Alliance and is continuing education through Yoga on High in Columbus, OH where she has trained under notable yoga teachers and authors such as orthopedic surgeon Ray Long, MD and Jason Crandell.
