Yoga For Deep Relaxation with Ginger Long
Next Event: Tuesday, December 10th from 6-7 pm.
We invite you to join us in taking a week-night break from the hamster wheel of life. In our time together, we will give our bodies the gentle stretching and movement that we are quietly screaming for, and will then settle into a long, deep, delicious guided meditation.
Remember peace and calm?
It’s there, patiently waiting for your attention.
No yoga experience necessary. Wear comfy clothing that allows for easy freedom of movement. Come as you are. All are welcome.

At The Butterfly House, we invite you to practice mindfulness and courtesy to the instructor and other students. As a gesture of kindness and respect, please plan to arrive 10 -15 minutes early for all MBA classes to settle into your space. Classes begin on-time and the doors are locked when class begins. Although we understand that circumstances sometimes arise, refunds will not be issued for late arrivals.
