We provide mindfulness education for teachers and schools, mindful workplace programs to combat workplace stress, and mindful movement practices that support mental and physical health. Our classes are available online.

All arbitrations under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and representative actions are not permitted. You agree that you may bring claims against MBA only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. MBA and its suppliers may make improvements or changes to the Site at any time. MBA does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
