Today’s practice is inspired by the phrase “resting my eyes.” Rest is revolutionary and necessary. By choosing rest, we choose the present moment. Mindfulness creates the pause, which is a space to look again, make choices, and experience more fully the present moment. You will experience bumble bee breath, some gentle movement, and time for silence in this practice.
